How our process works
We will set an appointment to come into your house to tour the space, talk through your needs, wants, likes and dislikes. During this meeting we’ll talk about materials, design, budget, and expectations. we will then proceed to take measurements of your space and take photographs. With the design and preliminary budget agreed upon, a proposal will be presented and we will begin to put all the design finishes, material selections, and contract requirements together.
A detailed scope of work, including selections made, are incorporated into the comprehensive proposal. If the proposal is agreed upon then the contract is singed and a discussion of first payment and when work can start is made. When the agreed time is made and with the homeowners consent, now the work begins!
Time to get to work
You will start to see your remodel come to life in the coming weeks. But first, demo! This is the messiest part of our job but once it is complete you will start to see your beautiful remodel come together. We are on the site every morning during the remodeling process to ensure the work is done correctly and to the standards we pride ourselves on.
Our homeowners are our first priority, the services we offer are unmatched because we stay on site until the work is complete to ensure the sit stays clean and our jobs are done correctly the first time. We do not leave until you are satisfied with the outcome.
